Джеймс Себастьян Фолкнер (род. 18 июля 1948) — британский актёр, известный эпизодическими ролями на телевидении и в кино.

Дебютировал в фильме «The Great Waltz» (1972, Josef Strauss). Снимался в «Whispering Death», «Minder on the Orient Express», «Zulu Dawn» (Lt. Teignmouth Melvill, также продюсер), обоих фильмах о Бриджит Джонс (Uncle Geoffrey), «Hitman» (Agent Smith), «Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London» (Lord Kenworth).
